Maryland State Terrestrial Archaeologist Charlie Hallpresents the story of local rock art. Admission is free for museum members and the suggested
donation fee is $2 for everyone else.

Sunday, April 13th, 2008, 1:00-5:00 pm
ARTIFACT IDENTIFICATION WORKSHOP
Learn how to identify, research, and preserve family treasures and unique finds. There will be NO appraisal services provided. Admission is $5 for museum members and the fee is $7.50 for everyone else. Family rates available.

EARTH DAY CELEBRATION
Learn about native plant species, the art of Bayscaping, and the
unique environment of the Upper Bay and Susquehanna River
region. Featuring Don Shappelle concert under the tent. FREE.

AN OUTDOOR CONCERT TO WELCOME SPRING

Featuring Tom Lewis
Enjoy an entertaining evening of music with Tom Lewis of British Columbia. If you like songs and stories of the sea, new and old, Tom brings his famous and unique style to Havre de Grace. Also performing are Charlie Quesenberry and Brad McClary with their "pirate-style entertainment". FREE of charge. Snacks and beverages available.

Family -friendly; located under the tent near the promenade.

Sponsored by the Maritime Museum and Concord Point Lighthouse. Celebrate Mother’s Day with a traditional English tea ceremony.

Saturday, May 17th, 2008, 1:00-6:00 pm
SECRET GARDEN TOUR
Celebrate spring with a lovely tour of some of Havre de Grace’s beautiful gardens. Get a rare chance to visit some exclusive landscaped yards and gardens throughout the city. See what’s blooming, discover a variety of landscaping methods, plus enjoy a garden show at the museum. Admission is $15 in advance, $20 at the door.
