School Tours

The Maritime Museum is a great place to bring your class for a tour! 

Looking to enhance your lesson plan? The Havre de Grace Maritime Museum provides a great atmosphere for your next maritime, local history or Native American lesson. Tours consist of a half-hour guided tour of the Museum.

Group Tours

Located conveniently near Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York and Virginia, we are a perfect destination for a stay-cation! 

We can accommodate group tours during our normal operating hours, Wednesdays through Fridays (with few exceptions). Tours typically last for 45 minutes to an hour.

Environmental Center Classes

If your group would like to add an Environmental Center class to your tour, or you would like to take a class only, please select that option on the tour request form.

Unless otherwise requested, each class includes a 20-minute informative, interactive presentation, a 20-minute hands-on activity, and a 20-minute outdoor excursion. Customized programming is available with a 3-week notice. Key scientific concepts will be included along with vocabulary and activities that align with your curriculum.
