A Night of the Blues: Baltimore Red & Wayne Werner Live in Concert

On Saturday, June 30, The Havre de Grace Maritime Museum hosted Baltimore Red & Wayne Werner live in concert for an enthusiastic audience of about 40 people. A great time was had by all!

The pair mostly played pre-WWII blues – Delta, Piedmont and Ragtime – the root of all American rock and roll. Bottleneck slide, harmonica, vintage lap steels, antique instrument and amplifiers added to the duo’s gritty sound.
