Spring Equinox Class

Join us in the Environmental Center for a family-friendly class about the Spring Equinox. Learn about what the onset of Spring means for local wildlife, and what Spring Equinox means to people around the world with some fun myths and legends. We’ll also delve into the history of daylight savings.
This learning experience will be best received by ages 8+. Parents must accompany children. To ensure that the class goes smoothly, please arrive at least 5 minutes early.
Pre-registration is required - classes fill up quickly. Though pre-payment is not required, we encourage you to do so to guarantee a spot in the class. The cost is $5 per person. Admission to the Maritime Museum is FREE with the purchase of the class.
